Adrian Pei shares his own honest and vulnerable experiences of wrestling to navigate the emotional realities that come with being a minority within an organization. He shares about specific experiences, conversations with college students, and competition with other ethnic ministries.

Pei also includes interviews with those whom he’s had differences to show how he’s tried to resolve past crosscultural experiences in his on flesh, but failed.
